We deliver within a 75 km radius of the store. Please note that a minimum charge of $55 plus tax applies for deliveries under $1,000. If you live more than 75km from the store, we will assume that you have opted for in-store pickup. If you are absent for a scheduled delivery, please note that a $75 charge will apply.


Our delivery teams will perform basic assembly on most products, with the exception of identified products or those that arrive completely unassembled. We will do our best to return packaging if the situation permits. 


For household appliances, we do not make any connections.  We will take back old appliances free of charge on a 1-for-1 basis if they are ready, unplugged and easily accessible.  Exceptions apply.  We are not responsible for any breakage that may occur during the trade-in process.  


We do not take back furniture and/or old mattresses.


The safety of our staff is our priority, and they must keep their safety boots on at all times. Entrances must be kept clear and passages accessible.  If we deem this to be inadequate, we will not make the current delivery, and travel expenses will apply.


In the event of refusal of goods, returns or cancellations are subject to a 20% charge. However, special orders are non-refundable.
